Sometimes a day just takes it
out of you. Worries, problems, challenges - they can stress us out and sap our
strength. Sometimes it's just that things don't seem to get better or go the
way we'd them to.
At such times, the thoughts
that swirl in our head have the power of bringing us down - or raising us up.
So when you feel them going in the wrong direction, I'd you to take a moment
and read a few of these, they always make me feel better about today and more
confident about tomorrow.
